• Your registration fee includes lunch. Please make me aware of any food allergies at the time of registration.
• Spend an afternoon learning and practising the art of poetry writing and spoken word. 
• Bring a journal, writing materials,  and a willingness to explore your inner depths. 
• Wear comfy clothes and prepare to amaze yourself.
